National Sales Manager - Modern Retail/HORECA/Premium GT Segment (7-15 yrs)
Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
Experience : 8-12 years
Job Duties :
- Handling and responsible for PAN India offline sales.
- B2B Sales of company's products to Modern Retail, HoReCa and Premium GT segments.
- Developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating relationships with key B2B customers.
- Responsible for generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, exhibitions, customer referrals
- Managing existing customers and following up for repeat orders
- Track competition's activities
- Attend & participate in product launches, networking events, exhibitions.
- Giving Product Demos/Presentations.
- Maintaining and updating of customer data base on respective sheets and in CRM Software.
- Submitting MIS Reports to the management.
Requirements :
- Preferred Coffee background industry experience.
- Modern Trade, Premium GT and HoReCa experience.
- Based out of either of Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore.
- Will handle ASM's across PAN India and sales team.
- Make strategies to grow sales and lead the PAN India sales.
Skills Required :
- Good Communication & Presentable.
- Intelligent having good academic record.
- Convincing and Negotiation Skills.
- Result Oriented, Attention to deadline & details.
- Experience in participating in exhibitions and organizing sampling events.
- Candidates having Hotel procurement contacts will be an advantage.

- Prior experience handling promoters
- Store-in-Store experience
