This is a CXO level position and the person would be responsible to drive the business. His responsibilities would include - Preparing and executing the Business Plan, Product Development, Distribution Strategy, Sales Monitoring, Recruitment and Development of the Sales & Marketing Team
- Developing & Managing relationships with Governments, Strategic Alliance partners, Builders, exploring potential geographies for expansion of business etc.
The Person should be aligned to the mission of the company which is to help under-served, customers in the low income and informal sector own a house. He should have good communications skills, eye for numbers and data, good knowledge of the housing market in various states, good knowledge about the competition, regulations. Connects with NGOs and Community organisations will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 yrs of experience of which atleast 2 years should be at a national sales / business development role.
Technical / Job Knowledge required
- Good knowledge of the different products in the housing finance market, deep understanding of workings of each of these products, their risks and mitigants, the processes and policies of these products and industry practices.
Excellent Excel Skills.
