Post : National Sales Manager Air Freight Division

Salary : 15 lakhs

Exp : min 8 years

Main accountabilities include:

- Play a key part in setting realistic, but stretch targets and goals

- Engage in product marketing and support

- Understanding the current competitor landscape and providing analysis.

- Increase client base across all products

- Engage in overseas sales including travel where required

- Work with department heads to provide feedback and solutions

- Ensure highest levels of customer service are being provided and report findings on a regular basis

- Support Customer Services Team during peak periods

Qualifications and Experience:

- A self-starter

- Self-motivated, disciplined and a proven success in relationship development.

- Good analytical skills

- Interact/liaise effectively with management on all levels.

- Good Knowledge of all modes of transport including Air Freight, Express and Ocean LCL

- Proven sales/business development experience in the freight forwarding Industry.

- Experience in working with a leading global airline

- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

- On-the-road sales experience with good negotiation skills.

- Must be able to drive and possess a clean Driver's licence

- Must be proactive & forward thinking with ability to drive change
