National Sales Manager - Food & Beverage Process (10-15 yrs)
- Heading product F&B Process Dept. for Sales & Marketing operations.
- Responsible for achieving sales target, payment collections, and Business development in assign territory for respective product range.
- Development of new applications and new targeted market segment.
- Implementation of New marketing & Sales Strategies for new product range.
- Identify potential market for new product range.
- Market research & identification of potential customer base.
- Co-ordination & communication with Foreign Principals / Partners for project, new application & market development activities.
- Conducting Sales & Technical Training for Sales & Service team for respective product range as well for new developments, sales & other related topics.
- Handling a Team of 10 team members including Sales, Service, and Project & Sales co-ordination.
- Key Account Management
- Expansion of business along with new customers & existing customer base.
- Set a Regional & Segment targets for annual basis and ensuring to achieve the same with regular interval of track record.
- Sales & order closure with targeted price & best possible margins
- Handle turnkey projects with Technical & Commercial evaluations
- Conduct Technical Seminars and presentations at customer end.
- Technical Evaluations & Proposal making along with project matrix
- Prepare MIS, Monthly & Weekly Reports and provide to Management for a regular update with sales activities
- Participate in Trade Exhibitions for Marketing activities in Domestic as well as for overseas as well to find out new Technology partner for future growth & Business expansion
