National Sales Manager - FMCG/Food & Beverages (15-17 yrs)
National Sales Manager
Sales & Marketing :
- Handling the marketing and sales operations for achieving increased sales.
- Utilizing public information & personal network to develop market intelligence for generating leads.
Business Development/ Sales Promotion :
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele.
- Ensuring maximum brand visibility & capture optimum market shares by implementing various promotional schemes.
Channel Management :
- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring of dealer sales and marketing.
- Handling PAN India Sales, Marketing & Distribution for GT Channel.
- Taking care of Primary Market & Secondary Market sales of organic products and taking care of market collections.
- Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
- Conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics.
- Achieving minimum 20% sales growth each year.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele.
- Conducting regular evaluation regarding Sales vs Target, Distributor network development, and Distributor servicing, price and product knowledge, competitor activity/pricing.
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time frame that will keep your sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson to reach their goal
- Become a mentor to the sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals
- Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
- Create new programs to meet the needs of our channel partners and help them exceed revenue expectations with our products
- Ensure accurate reporting on lead generation and sales efforts, including pulling data and metrics to provide detailed information about pipeline status
- Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings to motivate your workforce, providing new and innovative training and information on an ongoing basis
- Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, as well as field sales staff.
Required Skills :
MBA(Marketing) with 15 yrs experience
Languages to be known: English, Hindi, Telugu.
