1. candidate should have experience in Edible oil
2. Should have handled the region Maharashtra and Goa
3. Managing sales Team to meet budget, forecast and margin targets.
4. Conducting competitive market intelligence: analyze and adjust positioning to retain and grow market leadership.
5. Analyzing distributor sales results to formulate sales plans, adjustments, advertising plans, etc.
6. Managing and developing/Grooming sales team of RSMs/KAM-South for MT/ASMs/TSMs/TSOs/SRs to achieve the desired objective
7. Analyzing business potential, planning and executing strategies to drive sales, improve revenue growth and achieve desired business objectives.
salary: depends on current CTC
