Job description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Handling the Bangalore and nearby territory Sales independently, majorly to Hotels, IT & ITES Companies, Corporates, Top Facility Management Companies.
2. Market Mapping, New Customer Prospect Generation- New Sales
3. Online use of ZOHO software for logging the sales activities
4. Timely Payment collections.
5. Making Annual Maintenance Contract/Rate Contract with the Customers
6. Co-ordinating with the Operations team for the demos, surveys and job executions.
Mandatory Skills :
1. Communication Skills involving listening, understanding, and asking questions to provide appropriate solutions
2. Negotiation Skills to convince our customers to buy our services at justified price.
3. Clean & Hygiene know how of Hospitality Industry
4. Hands-on Experience on Computer for Proposal Making and Management Reporting.
Desired Skills :
1. Sales Experience to Hotels/Corporates/IT&ITES companies especially in Clean & Hygiene related product and services.
