National Sales Manager - Flavor/Food/Food Processing (15-20 yrs)
Currently, we are looking for National sales Manager for one of top Flavor company. The role and responsibilities are as follows :
- Plan the sales strategy for the Flavors division
- Analyse the sales trends, assess the in-house capability and strength areas, market growth areas; identify the contents of product portfolio and customer to be focused on; arrive at a robust and realistic sales target.
- Allocate the budget targets and customers to each Sales Manager
- Ensure forecasting from customers is converted into business.
- Prioritize target customers and plan the road map for Sales Managers to secure maximum wins from the customers
- Review and periodically monitor the plan execution strategy prepared by each Sales Manager
- Coordinate with plant for production planning and dispatch proactively in order to maintain the existing and future business.
- Ensure customer database is updated and recording and reporting of data as and when required.
- Propose new geographies for business penetration and develop distribution network in those geographies through the sales team.
Knowledge required :
- Should have knowledge of food industry
- Working knowledge on flavors
- Sales and distribution in B2B industry and Dealer Channel
Experience /Mandatory Requirement :
- At least 15 years of experience in Flavors (Preferable) or Food Ingredient industry
- Should have handled Food processing companies and Dealer network in the past
