National Sales Manager - Facility Service Industry (Bangalore) - Report to CEO
Purpose of the Position :
A National Manager Sales works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth by builds identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals / Relationships. Also planning to clients through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of the organization.

Responsibilities & duties :
Revenue delivery /sales achievement
- Develop and maintain AMC / OTJ sales plan and ensure achievement of company sales targets and profitability
- Enhance Integration of Marketing, Sales and Service
- Improve the Customer Experience at Each Touch Point
- Strengthen Immature Sales Methodologies and Processes
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
- Closely work with operation team to ensure 100% service delivery within the TAT (Turn Around Time) and till the execution of the project.
New business development :
- Have a clear understanding client's behavior and targeting the right people
- Ability to connect with your clients and build the right relationships.
- Adding value to your relationships.
- Meeting the clients outside the office.
- Listen carefully and record your meetings with the clients & understand their business & behavior
Sales marketing process :
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, trucking, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options.
- Prepare and present AMC / OTJ proposals and close new accounts by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
Team capability building :

Academics & Trades Qualification :
Essential Desirable :
- Graduate / Post Graduate Preferred - MBA Specialization
Work Experience & Skills :
1. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales
2. Outside sales experience in a B2B role, selling services in Service / hospitality in industry. Proven record of success achieving sales targets;
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
5. Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team;

2. Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills.
