National Sales Head - Telecom/Media/FMCG/Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Essentials:
- Minimum 5-7 Years RELEVANT sales experience.
- Should have handled large volumes of sales and a built and managed a big teams in the current/previous role.
- A balanced mix of a 'thinker' and a 'do-er'. Therefore, a strong educational background and experience of working for organizations with strong sales processes is preferred. Candidates who like to roll up their sleeves and are hands-on are preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development:
- Pitching strategies for corporate tie ups and implementing sales strategies to penetrate the product deeper in target audience.
- Focus on customer acquisition and revenue generation as per sales targets
- Focus on on-boarding of premium brands
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
Strategic Planning:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and related reports
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
- Track sales team metrics and do the analysis and report data on a regular basis
Key Account Management:
- Target and manage key accounts
- Customer relationship management.
- Focus on increasing customer loyalty and retention
- Focus on being value partner to customers
Team Management:
- Manage sales team across locations
- Controlling the training and development of team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and assist in expansion including hiring, training of new employees.
