National Sales Head - Sales - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sales forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets achievement.
- Team management - Nationwide sales team organization, team building, development & Monitoring & Should be capable of handling team of more than 150
- Develop relationships with major clients, Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs.
- Research and identify new potential market & customer, business development adding new accounts.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with branding and product development team to ensure brand consistency and new product launches.
Desired Candidate Profile ?
- Minimum 10-12 years of work experience, preferably in Food industry
- B2B Sales experience & managing nationwide sales team/Key account managers
- Understanding of distribution sales, Managing P&L and target oriented approach, with a strategic mindset.
