National Sales Head - Medical Devices/Healthcare Startup (12-20 yrs)
We have been retained by a Medical Devices startup for a Head of Sales role:-
The key Responsibilities are:-
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/ hospitals/ distributors/ etc.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
7. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a National/Regional sales manager
2. Experience managing a high performance sales team
3. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
4. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
5. Strong communication and team management skills
6.Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
7. Availability to travel as needed
BSc/ Pharma along with Business Administration or relevant field
