National Sales Head - Manufacturing (6-15 yrs)
- Drive and ensure growth - market share, penetration, distribution, channel, geographies as well as profit. Setting and drive achievement of annual targets based on value, product volume and channels Channel Distribution - Retailers / Dealers /Distributors /Stockists/ CSAs etc )
- To meet defined business goals & growth parameters. Manage growth through other key sales channel of Modern Trade and E Commerce
- Develop and lead initiatives, strategy & managing existing product categories, product mix and inventory optimization, new category and launches, product positioning, input and initiative for new product development for the market.
- Responsible for managing the sales and marketing organization including the E Commerce and Modern Trade team. Define and drive achievement of targets and growth plans.
- Responsible for conducting deep dive studies pertaining to relevant developing trends and competitive analysis
- Ensure attraction and retention of critical skills sets required to achieve current and future business objectives.
