Job Role: to develop a Strategy involving a winning combination of sales, Marketing and Business Strategy to ensure Company growth and increased turnover.
Job Responsibilities :
- Spearheading Sales & Marketing Operations PAN India
- Successfully precede and reorganize the Distribution Network / Sales Channel and made availability of products across country.
- Execute a Strategy from a winning combination of Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy to ensure Company growth and increased turnover
- Maintaining cordial relations with Dealers & Distributors to sustain profitability and Brand development.
- Monitoring the marketing & sales operations of products for achieving increased growth and bottom-line profitability and initiating market development efforts
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase in market share for the complete product range
- Handling turnover of average 10 crores annually & also maintained steady growth
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Min 15 Years of experience with Good Knowledge of Sales Strategy & Business Development.
- Person should have experience in Kitchen Appliances.
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
