National Sales Head - Channel Management - Central Vacuum Systems & Ventilation (8-12 yrs)
Job Overview : The National Sales Head for Channel Management in the Central Vacuum Systems and Ventilation industry is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and expanding the company's B2B sales channels. This position plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by managing and optimizing relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Define target market segments and identify suitable channel partners.
Channel Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners. Collaborate with them to develop sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales Target Setting : Establish and communicate sales targets and quotas for channel partners. Monitor performance and provide guidance and support to help partners achieve objectives.
Product Knowledge : Ensure channel partners have in-depth knowledge of the company's central vacuum systems and ventilation products. Provide training and resources to enhance their product expertise.
Sales Support : Offer ongoing support to channel partners, including technical assistance, marketing materials, and access to resources to facilitate their sales efforts.
Market Analysis : Continuously assess market conditions, competition, and customer needs within the central vacuum systems and ventilation industry. Adjust channel strategies accordingly to capture opportunities.
Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners. Regularly review and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of channel strategies.
Inventory Management : Collaborate with partners to optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations with channel partners regarding pricing, terms, and agreements. Ensure contracts are fair, competitive, and in line with company policies.

Reporting : Provide senior management with regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and strategic insights.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B channel management within the central vacuum systems and ventilation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of central vacuum systems and ventilation products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
