National Sales Head - Aluminium Formwork (5-10 yrs)
WE ARE HAVING AN URGENT OPENING FOR THE POST OF JOB OPENING FOR National Sales Head.
THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS :
Position: National Sales Head - Aluminium Formwork
Reporting to: Top Management
Proposed location: Pune
Compensation: As per Industry Standards
Job Requirement :
Ideally candidate should have a minimum of 5yrs+ experience in sales of Aluminium Formwork
Education: Bachelor of Engineering - Civil Engineering
- Excellent People Management Skills
- Excellent coordination and reporting management Exposure to construction / real estate industry
- Exposure to High rise building formwork systems such as Jump Form, Auto Climbing Formwork,
Mivan, Tunnel Formwork, Aluminium Formwork etc.
ROLE :
- Devise, Execute and monitor sales and marketing for all products for Aluminium Formwork to maximize sales and business performance and maintain effective working relationship with the team. Lead a team of marketing strategy and business development to marketing plan execution for PAN India.
Key Deliverables/ Responibilites :
Sales and Marketing:
a. Effectively analyze and highlight sales opportunities for Aluminium Formwork.
b. Analyze and review the market response/requirements and accomplish the business goals.
c. Explore sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge, demonstrating creativity and flair on the sales floor, motivating the team and creating a sales environment.
d. Establish &implement short- & long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
e. Increase sales growth and drive sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
f. Establish corporate strategies and budgets for achievement of top line and bottom line targets.
Business Development :
a. Conduct competitor analysis and competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
b. Experience in participation in Exhibitions, to be aware of the latest trends in the market and promoting company's products.
c. Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business
Product Management :
a. Conduct various surveys prior to the launch of the product regarding factors like pricing, billing, etc and generate comparative statements.
b. Monitor closely the Ad / PR Agencies for formulating promotional material brochures and leaflets, handling Outdoor / Indoor publicity.
c. Suggest Management for the revision of price of the products from time to time.
Key Accounts and Customer Relationship Management :
a. Create a customer service culture, always putting the customer needs first. Demonstrate excellent customer serve to increase client satisfaction, growth and new product introductions.
b. Ensure continuous interaction with the new / existing customer to make sure that areas of concerns can be worked upon for improved service levels.
c. Communicate promotional offers and additional sales opportunities to the team. d. Negotiate with prospective customers in order to maximize the profits.
Team Management and Leadership:
a. Develop an effective team by providing leadership, motivation and support to the team and retain appropriate team members.
b. Cultivate a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment within the team.
c. Constant monitoring to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal. d. Energetic instigator of change, leading by personal example.
