National Sales Head - Advertising/PR Firm (3-4 yrs)

YOU HAVE TO :
- Own the revenue number. Attain/overachieve the assigned quota every quarter, aligned to targets
- Acquire New Customers and grow market share
- Manage the company's existing account base within designated region
- Work along with Brand Solutions team and the Client services team to ensure perfect delivery of campaigns
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage on the customers' business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate value proposition/sales solution strategy
- Ensuring daily/weekly updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis
- Run the weekly/bi-weekly forecast review meetings with all the stakeholders to review the progress towards revenue and growth goals
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE :
- 8 years+ experience working in number driven sales-led organizations
- A working knowledge of Digital Marketing and Exposure is appreciated
