National Sales Head - Ad Sales/Classified Sales (10-20 yrs)
Job Summary
UrbanPro.com is seeking a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about the education industry and is keen to make a difference to Indian education.
This person will join the team in the position of VP, Sales, and will be responsible for hitting aggressive revenue growth targets using analytics and a strong sales process. This person will manage a team of tele-sales and field sales professionals across the country.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan, Strategize and execute to deliver aggressive growth numbers in terms of revenue.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets as per the plan.
- Establish and improve a sales process, which consistently deliver results.
- Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, Team Leads and Executives.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Develop key accounts and conversions of bigger accounts
- Hands on experience and an open mind towards moving out of office and meeting clients
- Extremely Good knowledge about numbers and data analysis
- Keeping a positive attitude and being a self-starter and keeping the team motivated.
Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Professional Experience:
- 10+ years in running sales in a fast paced growth environment.
- Must have a proven track record with achieving aggressive numbers.
- Excellent analytical abilities to understand various business metrics, to drive sales decisions.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience in Education industry a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus.
