Roles and Responsibilities :
The responsibilities would include the following but not limited to the same :
- Plan, develop, and implement effective sales strategies and policies.
- PAN-India distribution network mapping and analysis.
- Build & sustain a robust distribution network of rusk by identifying new dealers/distributors
- Oversees the budget for the company's sales force.
- Develops policies and procedures as they relate to sales.
- Establish policies and guidelines to ensure smooth channel partner operations.
- Study the activities of your competitors, the demand-supply scenario, and the regulatory environment.
- Analyzing market pricing patterns.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Research and identify new potential customers and markets.
- Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Training, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnel to drive revenue growth.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
- Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
- Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle.
Qualification : MBA (Operation & Marketing )
Quality of Experience :
- 8-10 years experience in Sales and Distribution.
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Commercial awareness and numeracy skills.
Preferred Industry : Automobile
