2. To achieve Monthly & Annual Targets, agreed by Channel Partner & Company
3. Regular meetings with Channel Partners to plan and track monthly numbers
4. Developing & maintaining relationship with all the concerned teams of the Channel partner in HO to ensure smooth flow and growth of business
5. Maintaining trackers of Business, provide regular trainings to Sales Team & Solve their queries regarding Product & Sourcing New Business.
6. Monthly Analysis, suggestions & Sharing reports to Company & Channel Partners. Resulting Growth in MOM Numbers.
7. Improving Current Processes & TAT's by innovative approaches.
8. Projections like expected Logins / Conversions, Daily Logins report to concern Channel Partners. Coordination with Operations, underwriting, Claims, Actuarial.
9. Coordination with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product Team of KLI as well as Channel Partners
