Job Responsibilities: National Partner Sales Manager
1. Reaching out to System integrators, Electrical design consultants and architects to target prospective business partnerships, evaluating its fitment, negotiating and closing deals along with managing the partnerships.
2. Representing Zenatix in various corporate events and generating leads.
3. Prior knowledge of handling Building management systems and IoT enabled technology will be an added advantage.
4. You will filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements/prerequisites/financials, and internal priorities.
5. You will design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards and keeping in mind the counter-parties- preferences & goals.
6. You will lead and close the deal, understand the parter's requirements thoroughly and tailor pitch the product accordingly.
7. You will manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company's internal operations and capabilities.
8. You will manage end to end partnerships and sales, collection related to Zenatix products.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
2. Having an MBA degree from a premier college will be an added advantage.
3. Relevant experience of 10-15 years in managing system integration businesses and partnerships for Enterprise solutions through Channel and SIs.
4. Networking and Relationship building
5. You must be well versed with the complexities of building asset infrastructure including multiple types of HVAC automation, Chillers, DG etc along with understanding on new age IoT enabled technology.
6. Flexible to travel Intra and Inter cities if required.
7. Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
8. An ability to stay calm under pressure and meeting deadlines.
9. Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
