As Marketing Leader, you'll lead end-to-end marketing strategy-from digital campaigns to community-driven offline initiatives-engaging mechanics and driving platform transactions. This is your chance to own marketing, experiment boldly, and make an impact.
Role Overview:
- The Marketing Leader will spearhead all marketing initiatives at Partnr, driving both online and offline marketing strategies to build awareness, engage and motivate mechanics to transact on our platform.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in startup environments and experience in reaching underserved markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for both online and offline channels, with a focus on increasing mechanic engagement and platform transactions.
- Design and execute customer acquisition strategies leveraging both digital and traditional methods.
- Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, community building, and all marketing activities.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and sales targets.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, continuously optimizing to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Develop and manage a marketing budget that ensures efficient allocation of resources, driving impact within budget constraints.
- Champion Partnr's unique value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup environment and with organizations targeting underserved markets.
- Proven experience in both online and offline marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Ability to drive innovative marketing strategies with limited resources and a frugal budget.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing, SEO, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within a small, fast-moving team.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
