National Key Account Manager - FMCG (6-9 yrs)
Planning & execution of FMCG Sales into Modern Trade chains.
- Preparing and sharing forecast monthly for AOP based on Focused category, NPIs, and Budget Driven SKUs.
- Competitor analysis to launch NPIs, define Pricing, Planogram, focus categories on regular intervals.
- Fulfilling Annual Operational Plan by bifurcating it into Account-wise and further in quarterly plans.
- Analysis of Key Accounts for defining budgets for Promos based on plans for NPIs and Volume-Value business plan.
- Preparing, maintaining and analyzing data to develop competitive strategies. Understanding and presenting Client requirements internally with strategic pointers.
- Developing and Training high performing sales team for new and current markets.
- Utilize system databases to develop reports for forecasting business and marketing trends.
- Presentation to Key Account's decision-makers for execution of sales, customer centric business plan and defining TOT.
- Prospecting and developing Standalone accounts with defining quarterly plans and executing the plan efficiently for mutual growth.
- Defining Margin structures for channel partners.
