About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various facets of digital marketing and a strong passion for mentoring and educating aspiring marketers. You will play a key role in shaping the careers of students by delivering practical, industry-relevant knowledge in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training modules on SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), AI in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, and Performance Marketing.

- Design and implement engaging and interactive course material, including presentations, case studies, and real-world projects.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.

- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and guide students toward improvement.

- Foster a positive learning environment to encourage skill development and confidence in students.

- Offer career guidance and practical insights into digital marketing strategies and best practices.

- Collaborate with the curriculum design team to enhance course content and structure.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics.

- Proficient in Social Media Marketing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), with experience in creating and executing campaigns.

- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools and technologies in digital marketing strategies (e.g., ChatGPT, predictive analytics, AI-driven campaign optimization).

- Hands-on experience in E-Commerce Marketing, including platform optimization, PPC campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.

- Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing techniques, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and retargeting strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor in digital marketing is preferred.

- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
