- Shouldering the responsibility of directing store operations for pan india
- Instituting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure cost optimization
- Identifying market trends and ensuring stores are on the correct growth curve
- Enhancing image and implementing new store concepts to generate sales for achievement of targets
- Conceptualizing product development plans through competitive analysis
- Implementing & following up store practices and standards
- Propelling turnaround of declining stores
- Supervising sale of zero sale items
- Undertaking Below-the-Line (BTL) promotional activities and maintained healthy business relations with business associates
- Collating information on product performance, market presence and brand activities vis--vis competition
