We are looking for National Head ( Sales & Operations ) for Delhi /Mumbai locations

PFB the details -

1) Client- Leading Travel Mgt company

2) Position- National Head - Sales & Operations

3) Location- Delhi/Mumbai

( The person will be initially based out of Ahmedabad but will be later shifted to either Delhi/Mumbai locations)

4) Experience- over 12 years with alteast 8 years in Travel company, out of which 2 years in a senior Mgt role ( VP/ National Head/ GM)

6) Qualification- Any Graduate( Mgt Qualification preferred)

7) Salary- 30- 35 lpa

Job Description :

Job Location : Ahmedabad (initially) Later shifted to Delhi/Mumbai

Job Responsibilities : 

- Make strategies to create, convert and achieve business targets in offered services

- Works closely with the Chairman & Founder to influence the creation and communication of company's strategy, business priorities and targets

- Making short term & long term plan for brand promotional activities for better market penetration and brand positioning

- Generates ideas about the expansion of foot-print to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends

- Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative

- Advising solutions to problems and having the power to implement them

- Takes a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team; spends time coaching, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provides advice and guidance on issues when needed

- Uses open feedback mechanisms from the operations team and with other departments to ensure the integration of strategy

Candidate Preference :

- 12+ years of total experience

- 8+ years of experience in travel industry

- 2+ years of experience in Heading Operations (General Manager / Vice President level) role in travel industry

Strong Planning & implementation of business strategy

Qualification : MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Job Nature : Full Time
