National Head - Brand Solutions - Media Player (12-15 yrs)
This position is the Brand Solutions Head, the primary responsibility of this position holder is to develop creative solutions for clients leveraging print, radio, digital and other media within the group. This will cover the following responsibilities (indicative and not exclusive):
- Proactively work with the Media Marketing teams to devise creative solutions for the needs of the client - think brand, think long-term and contribution to revenue, while balancing other key factors of yields and market share, execution capabilities and scalability in future
- Explore and integrate different kinds of media for amplifying the solution - work with Digital, Radio, Social media and if required leverage strategic partnerships that can give a larger reach to the target audience
- Interact with clients directly to understand market needs and devise strategies to cater to such needs in a profitable and credible manner
- Keep oneself updated on new trends in marketing - exposure to digital and social media, events/sponsorships, radio, etc.
- Gaining market intelligence is critical - around new print products, clients, etc
- Lead a team distributed in different locations and work in tandem with the Media marketing team
The required background -
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Brand Solutions/Brand Management/Product management/Campaign management in Media/Events & entertainment/ FMCG/ telecom required
- Strong experience in creative solutions for new product launches/brand turn around/revamping brand
- Sound exposure to digital marketing
- Strong understanding of other media - social, radio, TV, events, sponsorships space is a must
- Exposure to B2B selling. Exposure to the Bihar, UP, Jharkhand markets will help.
