National Head - B2B Sales - Nutrition Premix Business (12-25 yrs)
1. Business development: Conceptualize, plan, develop and execute a pan India acquisition strategy for B2B clients.
2. Build, manage and develop a strong regional sales team to execute on the strategy
3. Explore market trends and customer preferences to share feedback to the Management, R&D and Production teams for Product customization.
4. Sales and collections: Meet monthly & annual sales & collections as per the given targets.
5. Establish a strong Client Servicing & Management strategy to provide exceptional Customer service.
6. Business Development planning, technical presentation, Order planning & co-ordination.
7. Develop additional applications across food industry spectrum.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Planning and executing weekly & monthly sales, collections.
- Establish and execute a robust plan to manage all Nutrition customers.
- Coordinate and manage Account receivables.
- Identify new leads/prospects and convert them to business.
- Submission of quotations, Proforma Invoices & sales orders.
- Follow up with customer for orders/purchase orders/Payments.
- Planning for monthly / quarterly orders & dispatches by co-ordination with Factory, Logistics & reporting Manager for timely delivery.
- Evaluating the marketing strategy & keep updated on market intelligence.
- Monitor, optimize solutions to ensure average price and sales as per agreed target.
Qualification& Experience:
- Should be Graduate or Post Graduate Degree with minimum 12 years of B2B sales experience from Nutrition Premix.
