National Channel Manager - Sales - Sub Broker/Broking House (8-12 yrs)
- Head the Channel Partner desk team.
- Manage/Resolve/Approve the requirements of the channel partners. Total channel partners pan India are 10000 in number.
- Build strategies to help achieve revenue and sales targets by Sub Brokers for Pan India region.
- Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all the Sub Brokers / IFA's.
- Responsible for planning and executing activities for the channel as well as partners resulting in business growth.
- Assessing training requirements to Franchisee and RM
