Job Description :
Location : Mumbai
Designation : National Business Manager - GTM
Position Reports to : Director GTM
Reportees : Team of GTM consultants and Regional Managers (4-5 Nos.)
Education : MBA/Masters : Past experience in HR industry sales desirable 10+ years experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meets Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for different regions in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by guiding and coordinating with Go-To-Market team; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Directly responsible for sales revenue for one region.
- Integrating sales and organizational objectives by completing related results as needed.
- Collaborate with solutions and other internal teams for ensuring client deliveries.
Client Account Management :
- Undertake requirement management with client, estimate effort and timelines Allocation and review / monitor tasks for the GTM team
- Proposals, contracting and commercial closure are key deliverable
- Adherence and compliance to Project / Organization processes and standards
