National Accounts Sales Manager - CRM - Luxury Brand Hotels (7-18 yrs)
Assists Sales head to :
- Maintain account plans for assigned Companies and have a strategy to grow these accounts and review them periodically.
Develop trust relationships with the portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Corporate rate contracting which requires negotiation skills.
- Evaluate and track the critical accounts revenue performance against budget, brand benchmarks and group portfolio
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Increase revenues from the portfolio
- Manage the portfolio of critical accounts relationships require maintaining strong relationships with the clients, as they are large companies who have been associated with the organisation for many years and hence are longstanding customers
