Job Description
We are currently looking for a DM/Manager - Government Sales for one of our clients in Bangalore who is one of the leading companies in the telecom sector.
Job Title: NAM- Government Business
Location: Bangalore
Job Purpose:
To manage and drive the revenues of the government and PSU's through effective account management, revenue growth, market share and profit whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines and regulatory norms
Job Profile:
- Responsible for account management of PSUs and government accounts across Bangalore/Karnataka region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue enhancement by adding quality sales with high ARPU
- Margin management in tariff plans offered to the customer.
- To manage & grow existing revenue generating farming accounts.
- Generate new revenue by adding new products and services in new and existing accounts as per agreed target
- Deliver Mobility Voice & Data targets along with Fixed line order booking and revenue
- Active participation in all National programs & Initiatives including PSU Programs, etc.
- Full participation on generating pipeline for the large opportunity of Mobility and fixed and get 1 large wins from each category.
Candidate requirement:
- 5-10 years experience into account acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts/SME accounts. (Experience of handling government accounts would be an advantage)
- Experience into direct/corporate sales must.
- Full-time graduation mandatory.
- Must know to speak and understand the Kannada language.
Salary: INR 8,50,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
