As we expand our presence in the Indian market, we are looking for a talented Key Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities :
Key Account Management :
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales, revenue, and market share with key partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Create and present compelling proposals to potential partners.
Sales and Performance Analysis :
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with analytics teams to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Regularly report on account performance to internal stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation :
- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and address any issues promptly.
Customer Satisfaction :
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Students from IIT's, NIT's, VIT, Thapar or tier 1 & tier 2 colleges preferred.
- Proven experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce market and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
