Nanoprecise Sci Corp - Manager/Account Executive - Business Development (7-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and have the ability to communicate with both technical managers (Plant Heads, Mechanical and Electrical HODs) as well as executives(CXOs), and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed sales targets.
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to :
- New Business Development : Primary responsibility for regional sales targets
- Competition Mapping : Get and stay up to speed on the offerings of Nanoprecise as well as the value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Sales Process Adherence : Adopting best practices, including:
- HubSpot usage, lead and opportunity maintenance, reporting
- Interface and collaborate with global colleagues on multinational opportunities
- Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in all interactions with Prospects, including:
- Product demonstrations;
- Proposal preparation and quotes;
- Timely responses and follow up
Required Qualifications :
- Degree/Masters in Marketing/Sales
- Preferably from Mechanical/Industrial Automation background
- Overall, 7-10 years' experience in new business development
- Has worked with end users and closed a minimum annual sales target of INR 10cr.
- Enterprise SaaS Sales experience
- Aptitude for learning new technologies. Previous experience with asset management, maintenance, reliability and enterprise cloud-based solutions are an asset;
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A deep belief in team success, collaboration, and a willingness to adapt to continuous change.
- An ability to work independently, handle numerous assignments concurrently and consistently be a self-starter
