Nanoprecise - Executive/Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Role:
We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years- experience in enterprise sales, worked in established companies. Brings strong leadership qualities including an entrepreneurial operating style and is interested in working with startup company.
- Acquire, Nurture and Own Customers to grow Volumes, Revenues and Gross Margin
- Support in sales productivity and deal flow by identifying new potential customers, their needs and requirement.
- Collaborates with product team to formulate the solution for the customers to ensure proposed deal include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are supported by key decision makers.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Experience/ Skillset requirement:
- MBA in similar field from B-School
- 1 - 2 years of experience in enterprise sales is a must
- Should have a good customer relationship database.
- Positive and professional demeanor - Go getter attitude essential.
- Knows the intricacies of the industries he/she will deal with
- Competent in companies bidding process
- Excellent Communication skill (written, verbal & and presentation)
- Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before setting on to work
- Highly performance driven and smart
