Nanolocal Technologies - Customer Support - Chat Process (1-3 yrs)
Respond to Inbound Chats to customer based on their concern.
Respond to User generated support tickets based upon their query with end to end resolution.
Capture new issues on the go, highlight them and escalate if necessary.
We are looking for a candidate, with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate should be open to Feedback and should have the desire to work in a start up.
