Role Purpose :
- The purpose of the position is to manage and grow the Industrial portfolio for Nandan Petrochem Ltd.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Branding
2. Campaign Management
3. Base Oil/White Oil/Liquid Paraffin/Transformer Oil - Sales Generation
4. Team Management Experience
5. Positive Attitude with Good Communication Skills
6. Developing clients within the designated Territory.
7. Business Development & Management
8. Coordination with product management & R/D team for new product trials, feedback, approvals & improvements.
9. Identified new customers and dealers in assigned area.
10. Expertise in handling diverse activities for key account management involving techno commercial presentation/ negotiation, tender/ order processing, & technical service support.
11. Proficiency in effectively resolving all customer complaints and providing value added services to clients for enhancing their satisfaction level.
12. Business development, Sales and Marketing of Base Oil /White Oil/Liquid Paraffin/Transformer Oil to B2B and Aftermarket segment in the Assigned Territory.
13. Generating new leads, Key Account Management and ensuring continuous business growth across assigned territories
14. Responsible for business development
- Identify, negotiate and enter into contract with B2B Customers.
15. Lead the entire gamut of tasks involved in sales & marketing of assigned region for Institutional Sales
16. Managing complete business operations with accountability for profitability; forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame by organizational planning.
17. Responsible for handling dealer distributor's network.
18. Deliver volume growth and manage distribution through the channels and appointment of new channels in untapped market.
19. Handling the Market Promotion Activities in entire territory through Channel distribution.
20. Responsible for receivables collections
