Job Description

- Contacting C-Level executives in mid- enterprises in North America & Canada regions over phone/email

- Maintaining a high level of activity by cold calling and running appointments over the phone to build a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual quota numbers.

- Ongoing participation in designing and managing events, webinars and other marketing programs

- Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (to ensure smooth contractual closures and project kick-off) in coordination with service delivery team as appropriate

- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports in company provided CRM tool

- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items

- Continuously monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to sales management
