Job Description - Agency Managers
- Graduate or MBA with minimum 3 years experience in Wealth Management.
- He/She should have knowledge about Equity/MF/Insurance.
- He/She should have worked with Broking House or Insurance or NBFC.
- He/She should have ready Agent base
- He/She should be target oriented and should have fair Idea about Revenue targets.
- He/She should be able to handle Agents independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- New Agents Meeting and Brief discussion about Nalanda Securities.
- Maintaining relationship with Agents and sourcing business.
- Training, Motivation and development of Agents.
- Suggestion of products and portfolio in suggestion with product team.
- Joint meetings with Agents if required.
- Promote all the product lines offered by the company MF, Broking (Equity) Corporate FDs, Insurance (Life and Non-Life),
- Information about New products and offering.
- Relationship Agents all the time and periodic meetings with them.
- Achieving Revenue Targets as specified by Management.
- Execution of Monthly Sales plan.
- Daily Agents Meetings and updation in system.
