Business Development Executive
- We are in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We are searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we- re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
- We are looking for individuals who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, perform market research, and manage leads
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Own the sales funnel and track opportunities through all the stages
- Devise and tailor strategies to create new opportunities, nurture them, and drive them to success.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Work with the solutions and delivery teams to understand the best-fit solutions to the clients- needs, propose next steps and drive commencement of engagements.
- Organize information relevant to the needs of the client and the delivery teams, deliver presentations to communicate solutions and ideas.
- Act as a thought leader and a change agent contributing to the evolution of a client-impact-driven culture.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Qualification & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in IT sales and pre-sales.
- Strong analytical skills, storytelling, along with great communication skills.
- Experience creating proposals, responding to RFP and RFI's
- Skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and/or sales.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
