Role Summary: The Business Development Manager will responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients obtained from the calling team, give presentations, and explain the product to potential clients. They will work closely with the franchise's management team to develop innovative ideas for growth and contribute to the company's future growth within the industry.

Role Responsibilities:

- The salesperson is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients obtained from the calling team, and giving presentations to explain the product to them. He will also persuade clients to attend franchise meetings at HO

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, including conducting regular visits to their locations.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales.

- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

- The sales representative must attend monthly review meetings at HO, weekly and daily review meetings via video call

- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Must perform unscheduled inspections of their territory to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Be available to represent the company at outlet openings, if needed.

- Collaborate with quality team to fill out the company's standard checklist so that the QC team can identify and address any potential quality issues.

Other duties as assigned

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
