Manager- Client Relations

Job Description:

We are looking for - Manager-Client Relations- who can establish and nurture long-term association with clients. You will be expected to resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction with relation to our investment services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can understand customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. Your goal will not only be to safeguard our revenue but also work towards increasing it while retaining our customer base.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Create and nurture long-term association with clients.

- Coordinating with existing clients regarding investments and other financial needs.

- Assist in bringing new clients on board.

- Help our clients understand the full potential of our offerings and act as a liaison between the client and the organization.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.

- Addressing customer concerns and complaints.

- Schedule regular meetings with customers to get feedback.

- Creating a sales plan to generate revenue.

- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.

- Handling Back End Software (wealth e-office, NSENMF, BSE Star MF)

- Coordinating with AMC's (Mutual Fund Companies) and other financial companies.

- Contribute to process improvement and building efficiencies.

Key Skills :

- Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDBM/ BBA/ BMS/ BA.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Must demonstrate the ability to meet strict deadlines along with multitasking.

- Operational experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.

- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

- Able to build and maintain lasting association with customers.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication along with good presentation skills.

- Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Should be a good listener.

- Self-starter, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

- High level of integrity and work ethics are expected.

- Will prefer candidates from Aviation/ Hospitality and Financial Services Industry.
