Overview:

We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for organization's website.

myUpchar.com is the largest vernacular health platform in India with 14 million+ monthly users. Co-founded by alumni of Stanford University with experiences at Amazon, BCG among other leading global firms, our mission is to solve the healthcare awareness and access problem in the country through local context and languages.

Funded by Omidyar Network, Nexus VP, Shunwei Capital, Rajan Anandan among other prominent investors, we are working towards improving the healthcare awareness and access to quality doctors, health products and services for the Bharat internet users.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules

- Manages Youtube channel and the video content

- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management

- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WhatsApp.

- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors

- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5yrs-8yrs

- You should be a self-starter and should have experience in leveraging Facebook and WhatsApp platforms for generating traffic and leads.

- You should have run a social media campaign generating awareness about a social issue using Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, Causes or any other digital medium

- Preferable, you should have experience with Youtube channel which you have grown from scratch

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skill

Qualifications

- Education level:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

PG: MBA/PGDM - Marketing, Post Graduation Not Required
