myUpchar - Team Lead/ Manager - Telesales (5-10 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced Sr. Team Lead/ Manager - Telesales to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the company's vision and strategy of building a highly scalable platform to solve healthcare access problems for the next 500 million people coming online.

- myUpchar.com is the largest health content company in India, co-founded by alumni of Stanford University with experiences at Amazon, BCG among other leading global firms.
- Our mission is to solve healthcare awareness and access problems in the country through local context and languages.
- Currently, the platform receives around 150 million users monthly. Funded by Omidyar Network, Nexus VP, Shunwei Capital, Rajan Anandan among other prominent investors, we are working towards improving healthcare awareness and access to quality doctors, health products, and services for 1 Billion Indians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Facilitate direct sales by instructing team members to inform existing customers about services in the company and encouraging them to make sales.
-Ensure sales team take orders made by customers and that they are successfully delivered to them in due time
-Follow up with cross-functional teams and ensure sales delivery to customers and inquire about their user experience
- Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results
-Ensure that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem in order to make them patronize the company continuously
-Create a good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results
-Evaluate and publish sales dashboard periodically to make balances and ensure that the sales target is achieved
-Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Innately curious: You should be highly curious and best if you have Business/sales as one of your interests.
- Data-driven and great with numbers: You have a high level of comfort when dealing with large numbers - able to tie a story using sales numbers. You live and die by the adage ( A complete sales rock star)
- In God we trust, all others bring Sales.
- Someone who can unlearn quickly and learn something new would be more suited for the role.
- High level of integrity and Ownership: We love people who are problem solvers and demonstrate high levels of integrity. You should - own- your vertical and be resourceful in getting them completed.
- Good communication skills: The role requires regular communication to the founding + senior teams for business decisions.
- Good in Team engagements and retention
- Need to be incredibly organized. In fact, you need to thrive off it. No matter the size of the task, if it falls through the cracks, it will disrupt the smooth running of the telesales force and reflect poorly on your management and leadership skills
