MyTVS Accessories - Manager - Business Development (6-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conceptualizing and executing Car Accessories sales to Tyre retailers across the defined territory using distribution model
- Create new distributor(s), preferably who are already selling to tyre retailers and have an existing relationship with tyre retailers.
- Responsible for meeting distributor's primary sales targets as defined from time to time.
- Regularly visit tyre retailers and convince tyre retailers to stock and start selling car accessories and help them maximise the untapped potential of their existing customers.
- Perform retailer marketing activities with the help of marketing team to promote myTVS brand amongst tyre retailers e.g. demo shelf installations, signages, canopy activities etc
- Prepare reports and basic data analysis for management reporting
- Extensively travel across the defined region to develop direct relationship with the key retailers and identify and resolve on-ground business challenges
Must Have :
- Thorough experience of distribution sales with experience of managing distributors of any tyre brand
- Presentable and well versed in creating various kind of reports and presentations
- Should have worked in tyre Industry
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience:
- Min. 7 year in channel sales to tyre dealers
