Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- To interact with both existing & new customers.

- To resolve the problems at the customer end and bring it to the notice of the Senior Management.

- The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate & maintain a high performance sales force.

- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team & report to senior management on a daily and weekly basis.

- Prepares action plans for individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

- Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales Team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs.

- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

- Maintain & Check accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.

- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures & business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated & implemented within the team.

- Ensure that all Sales Team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.

- Conduct regular coaching and counselling with Sales Team to build motivation and selling skills.

- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

- Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by the management.
