MySchoolPage - Associate - Inside Sales (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Research leads, identify key deliverables and generate interest
- Display thorough understanding of the product / service offering.
- Display confidence in communication as calls will be to mostly international clients.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Go the extra mile; to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
- well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team
- Generate pipeline and capable of closing monthly targets
Mandatory skills :
- Should have excellent command over English (no accent needed, vocabulary and comprehension should be good)
- Excellent objection handling and convincing skills
- Process oriented

- Customer Delight orientation
Qualification and Experience:
- Any graduate/12+/Diploma / Post Graduate
- Minimum experience of 0- 2 years in Inside B2C sales is preferred.
