Job Description

- We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sales Executive to join our growing co-living space startup.

- The ideal candidate will specialize in property acquisition, building strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to bring suitable buildings into our portfolio.

- You will play a key role in securing prime locations for our co-living spaces, ensuring growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and developers with potential buildings suitable for co-living spaces.

- Build and maintain a network of property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to identify high-demand areas and assess property feasibility.

- Work with internal teams to ensure acquired properties meet operational and design requirements.

- Maintain a database of potential and secured properties for tracking and reporting purposes.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate acquisition.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Familiarity with the local real estate market and property acquisition processes.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.

- 10th/12th pass or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
