MyOperator - Manager - Sales Training (4-6 yrs)
- As the Sales Training Manager, your mission is to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our sales team to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance. You will collaborate with sales leaders and other stakeholders to identify training needs aligned with our business goals. Your role involves creating comprehensive training curricula, conducting engaging workshops, and providing coaching to boost sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop targeted training programs catering to the specific needs of the sales team.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using diverse methodologies, covering sales skills, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Offer individual and group coaching sessions to enhance sales team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the Sales Academy, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in designing and delivering high-performance Sales Training programs.
- Experience in providing training services to internal employees across America and Europe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
