Job Role : Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)

Are you passionate about technology and sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment? MyOperator is looking for driven Sales Executives with proven success in B2B SaaS sales. In this role, you will contribute to our rapid growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to B2B clients.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

- Work closely with marketing to align strategies and improve lead generation.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

- Provide market feedback to help shape our product development strategy.

- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote MyOperator.

Key Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or cloud communications environment.

- Proven experience working in a funded startup.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Results-driven with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and other sales tools.

- Strong interest in technology and innovation, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
